Got some spring rolls the other day. Came with some amazing dip. It had something to do with sweet chili sauce, but it was thick like mayonnaise. I know, sounds weird, but trust me, really good.
Man I need more details! Where did this spring roll come from? Was it a soft Vietnamese spring roll or a crispy Chinese spring roll or a Thai spring roll? Was it only vegetables or was there shrimp, pork, or chicken in it? Did the sauce have a name? Would the sauce be suitable for dipping other things, and if so, what?
